The body is weak. Very weak.
This week I figured (in all of my wisdom) that as I wasn’t wracked with morning sickness I should get moving again and actually do something akin to exercise or possibly risk actually becoming part of the couch.
Exercise involved step-ups (at home), yoga (at a new class) and packing boxes/stripping skirting boards (an awful yet effective type of exercise). It’s fair to say, my body and my barely existent muscles are screaming in pain today.Although I do enjoy my happy endorphins, pain or no pain. And I am pleased not to be repeating my first pregnancy impersonation of a sloth. Even though I did it so well.
I was meaning to post some belly pictures this week and just swallow that embarrassment about my pudgy bits into a dark, damp hole somewhere, but I had a bit of a computer issue that took over on the weekend, so next week it is.
I have felt alot of baby growing this week, which is very exciting. And only a couple of weeks until my scan when I can actually see the result of all that stretching and expanding that’s been going on.
