Riley says this often. It’s the starting point for pretty much all negotiations. And you better not interrupt her idea either.

‘Hey! Let me finish my conversation’

She’s a pretty awesome negotiator. As always, I feel a bit sorry for future Zoey.

    That sentence is on high rotation here too: ‘I have a idea!’ Then, ‘Do you have a idea, Mummy?’ No pressure or anything.

      Speaking of demands – I’m often asked to tell a very funny joke. It’s a pressurised working environment!

    My two year old has started saying it. He never actually HAS an idea though – just likes to say the sentence. 

    “‘Hey! Let me finish my conversation’” – this is said very frequently by my four year old, along with “Hey, you interrupted me!”.
